About Us
In 1996 Mike and Stephanie Terry opened Terry’s Tire Service in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mike’s strong mechanical aptitude, work ethic and a few tools were the only assets he had. He recognized there was a need for a company that could service the trailer repair industry by taking it to the customers. He also saw that there were tire companies and there were trailer repair companies. Mike knew if he could put the two services together and deliver them in one well-equipped truck he could save his customers time and money. The customers quickly responded and helped Mike’s company grow and prosper.

Today Universal is a full service trailer repair company with fifteen trucks and Six locations serving Ohio, Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
